Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our F&B outlet and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has a strong background in restaurant, hotel, or hospitality operations, particularly in bar management and beverage service, and can effectively lead a team to deliver excellent guest experiences.

• Supervise the daily operations of the food and beverage outlet.
• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to maintain high service standards.
• Oversee bar operations, including cocktail preparation and beverage quality.
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Assist in scheduling, staff performance monitoring, and operational reporting.
• Support the achievement of sales and operational targets.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an F&B Supervisor in a hotel, restaurant, bar, or hospitality industry.
• Strong experience in bar operations, cocktail preparation, and beverage service.
• Excellent customer service and guest relations skills.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to be assigned in Del Monte Avenue, Quezon City.
