As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and securing job orders from aged care homes throughout NSW or Victoria. Using your strong communication skills and persistence, you'll proactively prospect potential clients, establish meaningful relationships, and maintain ongoing engagement to maximize opportunities.
Job Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, personalized email outreach, and LinkedIn networking.
- Build and manage accurate prospect lists using Zoho CRM and Signal Hire.
- Conduct structured follow-up activities, including multi-channel cadences.
- Proactively present suitable candidates to prospective clients (reverse marketing).
- Secure and qualify job orders weekly.
- Maintain ongoing client engagement and nurture relationships to drive repeat business.
- Ensure high levels of data integrity, accuracy, and detailed note-taking in Zoho CRM.
- Adhere strictly to established KPIs to meet performance targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or business development.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable with CRM tools, specifically Zoho CRM.
- Ability to meet and exceed clearly defined targets and KPIs.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
- Experience in recruitment, aged care, or healthcare industry is advantageous but not essential.
