Job Description

• A strong passion for achieving team and individual goals
• Provides support to existing customers, including order follow-ups, pricing updates, price negotiations, and resolution of issues or concerns.
• Builds and maintains strong customer relationships to anticipate needs, ensure satisfaction, and drive retention.
• Coordinates with the Operations Coordinator to guarantee accurate, timely, and high-quality servicing of orders.For prospective customers, gathers initial data, location maps, and other required documents for the preparation of the Credit Recommendation and Approval Memorandum (CRAM) and site inspection; submits documents to the Credit Department.
• Prepares and submits sales reports to the Sales Department Heed
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field
• Preferably with least two years of experience as a Sales Account Manager but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• High School Graduates or Vocational Course Graduates are welcome to apply but should have a proven experience in Sales and Marketing
• Good communication skills in both oral and written
