NTT DATA is looking for a ITAM Senior Administrator to manage asset lifecycle processes and ensure compliance and data integrity across the organization.
What You’ll Do- Manage the end-to-end asset lifecycle (request to retirement)
- Conduct audits and ensure asset data accuracy
- Track software licenses and coordinate renewals
- Generate reports, dashboards, and compliance documentation
- Support procurement, refresh, and disposal planning
- Mentor and guide Junior ITAM Admins
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years ITAM experience
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and licensing
- Experience with ITAM, CMDB, or ITSM tools
- ITIL or ITAM certification is a plus
- Work in a process-driven, global IT environment
- Develop expertise in ITAM and compliance
- Clear path toward leadership or specialist roles
