Customer Success Sales Agent (Outbound)
- Work Setup: Hybrid (Up to 3x per week in the office)
- Work Location: 7F – ZETA Tower
- Schedule: Full-time (8 hours/day)
- 5x a week; may be assigned weekend shifts
- Standard shift: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
- Alternate shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (1 day/week)
- Weekend shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
- Schedule may adjust based on DST
- Salary: Competitive / TBD
- Interview Process: 1–2 interview stages

About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Sales Specialist (Telesales Agent) who is confident, persuasive, and motivated by results.
You will be the voice of the company—responsible for engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that drive value and sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers using scripts
- Follow up on warm leads from marketing campaigns
- Convert leads into sales opportunities
- Identify customer needs and tailor product/service solutions
- Handle inquiries and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Build strong relationships through consistent communication
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
- Track sales stages and update lead status consistently
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain KPIs such as call volume, talk time, and conversion rates
- Stay updated on product features, pricing, and competitors
- Attend training sessions and team meetings
- Provide feedback to improve sales processes
- Participate in continuous learning and development
- Support process improvement initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Making outbound calls to engage and convert leads
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Coordinating with internal teams and clients for customer requests
- Attending training and development sessions
- Sharing ideas to improve sales efficiency and customer experience
- 2+ years experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer-facing sales roles
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Confident, resilient, and target-driven (“hunter” mentality)
- Comfortable handling rejection and staying motivated
- Tech-savvy (CRM systems such as Salesforce, SAP, WhatsApp, Live Chat, etc.)
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
