HR Staff (Entry Level)

About the role

Green Mango Technology Corp.' is seeking a driven and organised HR Staff (Entry Level) to join our dynamic HR team in Ortigas Pasig City Metro Manila. This full-time role will be responsible for providing end-to-end HR support to our growing workforce, with a focus on employee onboarding, HR administration and people-related activities.

• Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding and maintaining employee records
• Deliver efficient HR administrative support such as processing payroll, leaves, and benefits
• Participate in the planning and coordination of HR-led events and initiatives
• Support the team in handling employee queries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless employee experience

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in a similar HR generalist or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
• Proficient in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Passionate about contributing to a positive company culture and employee experience
