POSITION: Head Chef (Food and Beverage Department)
  1. Controlling and directing the food preparation process and any other related activities.
  2. Constructing menus with new or existing culinary creations, ensuring variety and quality of servings.
  3. Approving and polishing dishes before it reaches customers.
Qualifications/Requirements
  1. Speak, read and write fluently in at least two languages (Korean and English Language).
  2. Confident and has a capacity to make logical decisions.
  3. Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment.
