- Controlling and directing the food preparation process and any other related activities.
- Constructing menus with new or existing culinary creations, ensuring variety and quality of servings.
- Approving and polishing dishes before it reaches customers.
- Speak, read and write fluently in at least two languages (Korean and English Language).
- Confident and has a capacity to make logical decisions.
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment.
