Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and process payments (cash, card, or e-wallet) from parking customers.
  • Issue receipts or parking tickets and validate entry/exit times as needed.
  • Provide accurate change and ensure transaction accuracy.
  • Assist drivers with inquiries regarding parking fees, rules, or directions.
  • Monitor and report any unusual activity or system concerns to the supervisor.
  • Perform end-of-day cash balancing and prepare daily sales reports.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the cashier booth.

Qualifications:

  • High School graduate or above.
  • Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar customer service role is a plus.
  • Trustworthy, honest, and detail-oriented.
  • Can work with minimal supervision.
  • Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems or manual logbooks.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
