We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products/services, and helping achieve sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist customers with inquiries and product/service information
- Promote and recommend products/services to clients
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide after-sales support
- Handle sales transactions and prepare necessary reports
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the team regarding customer concerns and updates
- Ensure proper presentation and cleanliness of assigned area
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least Senior High School graduate or College level
- With sales experience is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-service oriented and goal-driven
- Willing to work on-site
