Cybersecurity Analyst (Remote) - San Jose del Monte

Monitor security alerts and incidents using SIEM tools and EDR solutions.

Conduct vulnerability assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.

Perform threat hunting and malware analysis.

Analyze logs and network traffic for signs of intrusion or suspicious behavior.

Support in the creation and enforcement of security policies and procedures.

Assist in incident response, including containment, eradication, and recovery.

Document findings, create reports, and escalate issues as needed.

Stay updated on the latest threats, vulnerabilities, and cybersecurity trends.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

1–3 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT security, IT service desk, or related roles. We also welcome applicants who don't have background to Cybersecurity.

Familiarity with EDR, SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and anti-virus tools.

Knowledge of common cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).

Understanding of network protocols, Linux/Windows OS, and basic scripting.

Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CySA+, or similar).
