Global Sales Manager - High end European Home and Hotel Accessories

Apt Resources is looking for an ambitious and experienced Global Sales Manager for a prestigious brand specializing in high-end European home and hotel accessories. This role is designed for a talented individual who possesses a deep understanding of the luxury market and proven sales management experience.

The Global Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing international sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and expanding the brand's presence in key global markets.

Responsibilities
  • Create and implement effective international sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and develop sales opportunities in key global markets, focusing on both home and hotel segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and customer preferences, adapting strategies as necessary.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, ensuring effective execution of sales plans.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with the target market.
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitor performance to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
  • Attend international trade shows and exhibitions to promote products and build brand presence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the luxury goods or home accessories sector.
  • Must be familiar with CRM and similar apps related to Customer Relationship and Sales
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies on an international scale.
  • Strong understanding of the high-end European home and hotel accessories market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients and partners.
  • Proven ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and drive business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with a results-driven approach.
  • Must have a good knowledge of World Geography and countries worldwide to formulate a strategy
