Job Responsibilities
As a Marketing and Social Media Specialist, you will be the creative engine driving our digital presence. You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of content and ads that showcase our "Unified" excellence.- Content Execution: Create, schedule, and post engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok for all three brands.
- Ad Operations: Set up and monitor paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to promote our equipment and food products.
- Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to build strong relationships with our B2B and B2C audiences.
- Performance Monitoring: Track daily metrics such as reach, engagement, CPC, and conversions, providing regular data updates to the management teams.
- Creative Support: Collaborate with internal teams to capture pictures and videos of our kitchen equipment, Italian imports, and commissary-made gelato/pastries.
- Platform Maintenance: Ensure all company websites and social media profiles are updated with the latest product information and promotional banners.
- Trend Spotting: Stay active on social media trends within the F&B and hospitality sectors to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Experience: At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using Meta Ads Manager and basic graphic design/video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite).
- Digital Literacy: Solid understanding of digital metrics (CTR, engagement rates) and how to improve them.
- Communication: Strong creative writing skills in English and Filipino for catchy captions and professional ad copy.
- Industry Interest: A genuine interest in the culinary world, kitchen technology, and premium food products.
- Setup: Must be willing to work On-site in Makati City.
- Attributes: Highly organized, creative, and able to juggle tasks for multiple brands simultaneously.
