We're seeking a talented Liaison Officer to join our dynamic team at Top1Movers Worldwide Inc. in our Ermita Manila City office. As a Liaison Officer, you will play a crucial role in facilitating seamless communication and coordination between our company and our valued clients.This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to the success of our growing business.
What you'll be doing- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate information exchange
- Maintain detailed records and documentation to support client relationships and project management
- Liaises and represents the Company with various shipping lines.
- Ensuring all documents for processing are complete and accurate
- Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar liaison or administrative support role
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
- Strong organizational, and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional service
