QUALITY LEADER

1. Responsible in formulating Quality Assurance Plans and Programs.
2. Responsible in monitoring the Quality Assurance daily activities.
3. Controls and imposes the Company Policies, Rules and Regulation.
4. Provides proper guidance, counseling and motivation to all team members.
5. Authorized by QA Manager to approve Certificate of Compliance prior to shipment or delivery of

product in case of his non-availability.

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Graduate of any Engineering course.
2. 3-5 years experience in manufacturing, preferably in semi-conductor or Leadframes

1. Male/Female of at least 24 years old
2. Knowledge in SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis.
