• Gather, organize, and maintain datasets from various sources, including market trends, trading activities, and customer behavior, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that impact business operations and strategy. Provide actionable insights that support decision-making for senior management.
• Focus on analyzing data from English and Mandarin-speaking regions, identifying key market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies that will inform the company’s trading operations and market expansion plans.
• Prepare clear and concise reports, visualizations, and dashboards to present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders, including management and other departments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, logistics, etc.) to provide data-driven insights that support business goals and improve operational efficiency.
• Assist in forecasting future market trends based on historical data and current market conditions, particularly in English and Mandarin-speaking regions where the company has or plans to expand.
• Use data analysis tools and software (such as Excel, etc.) to streamline data processes, improve data accuracy, and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency.
• Maintain and optimize internal databases, ensuring they are structured and easy to access for data analysis and reporting purposes.
• Present data findings and insights in Mandarin to ensure clear communication with international stakeholders.
• Ensure that all data analytics processes and reports comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.

Qualifications/Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration Management or a related field.

Experience: With or without experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, preferably in the trading, finance, or international business industry.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, etc.
• Experience with data visualization tools to present data clearly and effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Familiarity with database management systems and data cleaning processes.
• Knowledge of trading industry metrics and trends, particularly in English and Mandarin-speaking markets, is a plus.
• Experience with forecasting, trend analysis, and financial modeling.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
