SERVICE ADVISOR
Responsibilities:
- Estimates costs and completion time at point of sale and clearly communicate them to customers.
- Reviews work in progress to ensure quality and timeliness.
- Occasionally assists technicians when there are queries regarding works to be performed.
- Makes estimates for internal, GJ repair Orders and Body Paint Repairs
- Notifies customers ASAP of any changes, delays or additional work needed.
- Sells Parts and Accessories and additional services by pointing out service specials or additional work needed.
- Gives special attention to repeat repairs to ensure the situation is corrected.
- Prepares Repair Order of the unit after the repair is completed.
- Performs other duties assigned from time to time.
