Job Description
- Ensure workplace and patient safety through hazard prevention, inspections, and compliance with regulatory standards (DOLE/DOH).
- Develop and implement safety programs, risk assessments, policies, and accident prevention initiatives.
- Monitor incidents, conduct investigations, and lead corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Facilitate safety trainings, audits, and coordination with internal teams and government authorities.
- Oversee environmental compliance including waste management, permits, and pollution control programs.
- Prepare and submit safety, health, and environmental reports and maintain accurate records.
- Lead emergency preparedness, disaster planning, and response efforts.
- Perform other safety, health, and environmental duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or healthcare-related field preferred).
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare
- Certified Safety Officer (SO3) and/or Pollution Control Officer
