Manufacturing Process Analyst

We are looking for a Process Analyst to support data-driven process improvement initiatives across manufacturing and operational functions. This role will be responsible for analyzing production and business data, developing reports and dashboards, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.

The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, enjoys working with data, and has experience in manufacturing, engineering, operations, or continuous improvement environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational, production, quality, and performance data to identify trends, risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Support business process improvement and data utilization initiatives across manufacturing and operational functions.
• Collect, consolidate, validate, cleanse, and maintain large datasets from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards, and performance monitoring tools using Excel, Power BI, and other analytics platforms.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, yield, quality, downtime, OEE, throughput, scrap, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular reviews and validation of production and operational data to ensure consistency and reporting accuracy.
• Execute and maintain Excel-based automation solutions and workflow improvements to reduce manual reporting activities.
• Generate actionable insights and recommendations to support management reviews and operational decision-making.
• Identify process bottlenecks, recurring issues, and performance gaps through structured analysis and root cause investigation.
• Collaborate with Production, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to support process optimization initiatives.
• Maintain proper documentation of reports, datasets, dashboards, automation outputs, and improvement projects.
• Support digital transformation, reporting enhancement, and automation initiatives within the organization.
• Continuously develop capabilities in data analytics, business intelligence, SQL, reporting automation, and process improvement methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related fields.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, process engineering, industrial engineering, continuous improvement, operational excellence, business analytics, or data analytics environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Lookups, Dashboards, Data Analysis, and Reporting.
• Experience analyzing manufacturing or operational KPIs such as OEE, Yield, Productivity, Downtime, Quality, Throughput, Scrap, or Capacity Utilization.
• Exposure to Power BI, SQL, Power Query, Power Automate, Tableau, Spotfire, JMP, Minitab, or similar analytics tools is an advantage.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), DMAIC, or Continuous Improvement methodologies is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
