Recruitment Specialist

Job description:

A Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the hiring process to ensure an organization attracts, selects, and hires the best talent. Their role typically includes the following responsibilities:

Job duties and responsibilities:

• Posting job vacancies on various platforms (jobstreet, indeed, social media and other job portals)
• Sourcing candidates through networking, job portals, and recruitment agencies.
• Conducting initial screening and shortlisting suitable candidates.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Psychology, HRDM, or equivalent
• Has at least 1-2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Has strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in different job portals; Jobstreet, Indeed, Linked-in, Social Media, etc.
• Has ability to engage with candidates and negotiate job offers.
