The Senior Compliance Analyst is responsible for supporting regulatory compliance initiatives within a commercial banking environment.

Responsibilities:

• Interprets and applies U.S. banking regulations and conducts ongoing compliance research
• Performs compliance testing and transaction monitoring across various channels
• Analyzes results, documents conclusions, and identifies control effectiveness
• Assesses third-party vendor compliance and tracks remediation actions
• Reviews customer complaints and identifies trends, recommending process improvements
• Administers compliance training and assists with audits and regulatory examinations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Legal Studies, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of regulatory compliance experience within banking or financial services.
• Experience with compliance testing, monitoring, risk assessment, or internal controls.
• Experience supporting commercial banking (B2B) products and processes.
• Experience in compliance tools, monitoring systems, or reporting platforms.
• Experience in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
