The Company Nurse is responsible for promoting and maintaining the health and safety of all employees in the workplace. The role involves providing basic medical care, conducting health assessments, and ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide first aid treatment and basic healthcare to employees.
• Maintain accurate health records and medical logs.
• Assist in implementing health and safety programs.
• Conduct health orientations and wellness activities.
• Monitor and report incidents, accidents, and workplace hazards.
• Support HR in pre-employment medical processes.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE and OSH requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• With valid OSH certification
• Must be a trained First Aider
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Experience in a workplace or industrial setting is an advantage
