Job Description:
- Develop and implement the country strategy in collaboration with the leadership team, translating regional mandates into local actions and making data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with the leadership team to plan country and people strategies, manage risks, procurement, and compliance
- Keep track of the country P&L and provide recommendations to achieve targets.
- Identify market opportunities, develop business plans, and manage the end-to-end process, from market research to business setup.
- Drive and manage cross-functional projects, including new business ventures, organizational design implementation, and operational improvements.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related fields; Master’s degree is advantageous.
- 8+ years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Project Management or Management Consulting
- Experience with data analysis and reporting, with ability to interpret complex data, using Microsoft, Google Workplace, SQL and Python
