Salesforce Administrator / Developer - Quezon City

• Certified Salesforce System Administrator — required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Salesforce support or administration role, including hands-on experience with Lightning, data models, automation tools, and platform configuration.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce design patterns, best practices, and strategies for handling large data volumes.
• Experience in managing and integrating Salesforce with external systems such as SAP, Eloqua, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and the ability to manage and deliver user stories and change requests in a Sprint Release cycle.
• Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives and business process automation in a CRM environment.
• Strong commitment to maintaining CRM system health, improving user adoption, and supporting ongoing compliance efforts (e.g., SOX, FDA, and internal audit requirements).
• Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders and end users, providing timely support and training as needed.
• Demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills in a customer-facing IT environment.

Ability to manage tasks independently while working collaboratively within a global and cross-functional team.
