Posted on 28 May 2026- Manage and monitor daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets
- Lead and guide production operators and technicians on the shop floor
- Track performance (yield, efficiency, downtime) and support corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and safety regulations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen)
- Coordinate with planning, engineering, and quality teams
- Prepare basic production reports and escalate issues when needed
- Diploma/Degree in Industrial Engineering
- Open to fresh graduates; candidates with relevant internships or project experience in manufacturing are an advantage
- Basic knowledge or interest in electronics manufacturing (e.g., SMT, PCB assembly)
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in a leadership role
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
