About the role
Stark BPO Services is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, primarily through non-voice channels such as email, chat, and social media.This is a full-time position based in our Pasig City, Metro Manila office.
What you'll be doing- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner across various non-voice communication channels
- Provide accurate and detailed information to customers, resolving their issues or escalating them to the appropriate team as needed
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by demonstrating empathy, patience, and a solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to the management team
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in a non-voice role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
- Proficiency in using computers and various software applications, including CRM systems
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with the call centre or customer service industry is highly desirable
