Job Description

Plan and plot production schedule and forecast
Monitor daily and hourly output of each operator and ensure that targets are met.
Secure job orders and materials, machine and operators before running in the production.
Check production flow every day and meet target delivery date.
Supervise and monitor operator's attendance, production target and performance.
Generate and provide Work Instruction in the line.
Coordinate with production and other support group on technical matters pertaining to resolution of non-conformance and improvement of quality and productivity.
Initiate activities for improvement; improve production process flow and procedures.
Reports directly to GM on all matters regarding production system and efficiency.
Other duties may be assigned, within the acquired skills and competency.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management from four-year College or university.
Minimum of 1 to 2years work experience.
Have relevant experience in the manufacturing industry.
Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, professionalism and leadership skills.
Understanding of basic QMS clauses and activities required by ISO standards is an advantage.

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Compensation

22,000.00
