About the role
North Taalsteel Corp. is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Guiguinto Bulacan. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production line, ensuring efficient and high-quality output to meet our business objectives.
What you'll be doing- Supervising and coordinating the activities of production staff to ensure productivity targets are met
- Monitoring production processes and troubleshooting any issues to maintain operational efficiency
- Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to create a safe working environment
- Analysing production data and generating reports to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating with other departments to align production with overall business goals
- Providing coaching and performance feedback to production team members
- Identifying training needs and implementing programs to upskill the production staff
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role within a STEEL Manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling and inventory management principles
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in interpreting production data and generating meaningful reports
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of quality control processes and safety regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
