- Proven experience identifying, managing, and maintaining KOL and influencer partnerships
- Ability to plan, execute, and manage influencer campaigns aligned with marketing goals
- Experience in contract negotiation, deliverables management, and budget handling
- Strong understanding of influencer KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Creative mindset with awareness of current social media and influencer marketing trends
- Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, content, PR, and e-commerce teams
- Familiarity with brand guidelines, platform policies, and compliance requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and influencer management tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
