Work Arrangement:Fully Onsite; Office Location: San Juan, Metro Manila

Work Schedule:Monday to Friday (Dayshift)

About the role:

• Our client, a leading beauty retail distribution company, is seeking anAccounting Lead/Supervisor. In this role, you will lead the accounting team, overseeing its daily activities and ensuring that all month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time.

Key Qualifications:

• At least3 to 5 years of work experience related to Accounting Lead/Supervisor.
• Have the capacity to lead or manage a small team with 2 direct reports.
• Knowledge of full sets ofAccounts (AP/AR, balance sheet), primary focus onmanaging, overseeing, creating processes, and closing books.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Highly proficient in key software such as MS Office.
• High level of efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Self-propelled and willing to learn the business.
• Knowledge of brokerage business or a similar field is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that all accounting processes align with current financial legislation.
• Evaluating, developing, and improving department controls, systems, and procedures that increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyzing financial data and creating reports for management, stakeholders, and external parties, such as vendors or lenders.
• Maintaining accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits or reconciliations, as needed.
• Assisting other departments as they develop strategies, establish objectives, and make decisions that could have a financial impact on the business.
• Keeping informed about the latest developments in the finance industry.
