- Support incident cases which includes investigation, documentation and creating fixes and workarounds to meet the customer requirement.
- Work with the client to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and build, test and deploy solutions.
- Troubleshooting, maintenance and integrating CRM application with other systems or platforms.
- Experience and familiarity with Javascript
- Experience with Workflows
- Plugin and Custom Workflows
- Experience with Handling API request
- D365 CE Customizations (BPF, Business Rules, Ribbon customization, Dashboards and other admin settings)
- Should have experience with Power Automate
