Implementation Services Specialist - Menu Data Entry

A menu data specialist will receive multiple menu assets from our Implementation Services team and enter the given assets into a provided import template. Upon completion, the template will be returned to the Implementation Services team for import into the merchant’s production account.

What You’ll Be Doing

Perform manual data entry and configuration to supplement tools and automated

systems. Be able to divide focus between delivering superior short term results and building for the future.

Troubleshoot and report issues as needed, especially for scripts and migration tools.
Utilize a pre-built template to input a merchant’s menu assets from multiple formats including but not limited to pdf, png, jpegs, and active websites.
Provide feedback to management if there are assets that don’t suit the template.
Complete Data entry within identified SLA’s

Requirements

Experience using multiple file formats including Google Sheets, Excel, Google Docs, PDFs and Image formats.
Proven track record for excellence at data entry, including speed and accuracy.
Technical and analytical orientation, including ability to accurately enter data, execute multi-step processes. Familiarity with basic computer networking and web tech.
Knowledge of various platforms; Windows, macOS, iOS, Android
