Position : Branch Manager - Massage and Spa Services
Reporting To: Branch Owner / Franchisee

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s / College Degree
- At least 2 years of work experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 experience in Personal Care / Beauty / Fitness Service or equivalent
- Hardworking, honest and goal-oriented
- Purpose-driven - (the branch owner's key element)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Will directly report to the Branch Owner / Franchisee
- Management of day to day sales and spa business operation of branch Team, Human Resources and Branch Management
- Monitoring of sales vs. target quotas
- Monitoring of inventories and stocks
- Auditing
- Customer service - respond to feedback and complaint. Customer retention
- Training and Development & Staff retention
- Safekeeping and management of the operations manual
- Sales and Financial reporting
- Other pertinent tasks
