Travel Account – Customer Service Representative
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Travel Account to deliver high-quality customer support for travel-related services. The role involves assisting customers with reservations, itinerary changes, cancellations, and general travel inquiries.
**Key Responsibilities:**- Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, or email channels
- Assist customers with bookings, modifications, and cancellations
- Provide information regarding travel policies and service offerings
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining service quality standards
- Accurately document interactions within internal systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or customer support is preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good computer navigation skills
- Flexible to work shifting schedules
- At least HS grad; BPO experience preferred but not required
