JOB DESCRIPTION:

This role involves generating and qualifying leads which then are passed over to the BD/sales team to follow up and book a meeting. Once the target person/ company has been identified, they will need phoning to confirm they meet the qualifying criteria.

This is tracked through our business KPI’s.

Note that this job role may evolve as you and the business grows.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Researching and finding new companies/ sites/ projects within specific sectors as directed by the BD/ sales team and sales director.
  • Understanding the target market/ companies/ job title and relevant qualifying criteria prior to picking up the phone.
  • Phoning the target and using your own initiative to get through receptionists/gatekeepers and speaking to the target person.
  • Establishing if this person is the decision maker or influencer in the decision making process. If not the decision maker, who this person is?
  • Obtaining and verifying the contact details of any target person and/or influencers e.g. direct email address, mobile and/or landline number .
  • Transferring qualified leads into Hubspot CRM system and assigning them to the relevant BD to follow up including all call notes.
  • Recording all calls on Hubspot CRM.

Key Skills/Required:

  • Being continuously hungry to find new opportunities.
  • Being confident and comfortable on the phone and having enough of a technical understanding of the range of products / services we can offer to determine if the prospect meets the relevant qualifying criteria.
  • Being persistent and creative to constantly get though gatekeepers.
  • Being organized to ensure all relevant information is handed over correctly to the BD/ sales team and recorded on HubSpot CRM
  • Being organized to create and work with excel spreadsheets when going through different databases.
  • Being creative to be able to identify new opportunities and contacts within the relevant sector using different means e.g. social media, google etc.
  • Bring polite, professional and courteous on the phone at all times.
  • Being confidential and not revealing you are calling from Breathe Safety, unless directed by the BD/ sales team/ sales director.
  • Aligned to our company PACT values.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

  • Willing to train but experience of ARP systems like Syrinx
