MEPF Engineer I Electrical Specialist (URGENT HIRING)
About the role
Joeun Partners International, Inc. is urgently seeking an experienced MEPF Engineer (Electrical Specialist) to join our team in Pasig City, Metro Manila on a Contract (Project-Based) basis. The successful MEPF Engineer (Electrical Specialist) candidate will serve as the key person handling all MEPF works.
He will be responsible for leading teams, ensuring that all electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection installations are executed with precision and full compliance with the project's design and timeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise teams across all MEPF trades, ensuring high productivity and quality.
- Act as the technical lead for electrical lighting, power layout, and grounding plans, ensuring strict adherence to the project's design documents.
- Conduct rigorous internal inspections of all MEPF works before official handover. Proactively identify and rectify defects to meet project standards.
- Oversee the procurement, storage, and installation of MEPF materials and equipment, maintaining compliance with the project's Detailed Scope of Works.
- Ensure MEPF milestones are met to avoid delays, coordinating closely with other trades to maintain the overall "Time for Completion."
- Validate and execute MEPF requirements for specialized areas, including elevator plans and interior design MEPF details.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Registered Electrical Engineer is required for this field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer, preferably in the engineering industry, and with a proven track record in leading direct teams for vertical development.
- Experience in hotel construction will be an added advantage.
- Deep knowledge of electrical lighting, power systems, grounding, and general MEPF integration.
- Strong ability to manage labor costs, material schedules, and technical troubleshooting on-site.
- Excellent leadership skills to manage a diverse technical team and represent Joeun Partners International, Inc. / JPI's interests in coordination meetings.
