Senior Accounts Executive - Clients’ Accounting (Singapore Accounts)

Our firm is a member of Alliott Global Alliance, seeking a dynamic Senior Accounts Executive - Clients’ Accounting (Singapore Accounts) to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will be based and work in Makati City, Philippines.

Job Description:

• Handle full set of accounts independently for a for a portfolio of clients.
• Assisting the Assistant Director and working with team members on various accounting assignments;
• Timely preparation and/or review of management accounts (monthly/quarterly/yearly), financial statements, related schedules and XBRL financial statements;
• Timely preparation, review and submission of quarterly GST returns.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, communicate, respond to and deal with client queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and regulatory authorities to ensure delivery of services.
• Other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned.

• Preferably those who have service provider (Audit/Accounting firm) experience;
• ACCA/Degree/Diploma in Accountancy with at least 3 to 5 years’ experience in similar capacity;
• Able to work independently or with minimum supervision to meet tight deadlines under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
• Comfortable in handling a portfolio of clients from different background and industries.
• Able to communicate effectively across departments and with clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
• Knowledge of Xero and ABSS (fka MYOB) would be an advantage;
• Good communication (verbal and written) and organisation skills;
• Able to start work soonest possible.
