We are looking for an exceptional Team Leader- Concierge who will assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Concierge department within the Rooms Division
In this role, you will be responsible for attending to immediate needs of each guest upon arrival and throughout their stay for concierge services, etc. Thorough knowledge of all hotel services and amenities.
Qualifications
Ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:
- Progressive career in Concierge in a 5-star luxury property, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in Reception or in a guest service type of role
- Well-groomed, friendly and with a warm personality
- Computer literacy in Opera Fidelio, Microsoft Office, EDC Machine
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
