Graphic Designer & Marketing Assistant

Our client is a marketingfocused company operating in the beauty and wellness sector. They work closely with salon and skincare professionals, supporting them with highimpact design assets across print, digital, and social platforms.

With a strong emphasis on brand consistency and creative storytelling, they’re looking for a Graphic Designer & Marketing Assistant to join their growing remote team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design print and digital marketing collateral: flyers, brochures, newsletters, posters, social media graphics, training manuals, etc.
• - Create assets for websites, social media, and EDMs (Salesforce, Klaviyo, Active Campaign).
• - Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, updating product listings, and posting content.
• - Support monthly newsletters, EDM campaigns, and social media scheduling.
• - Produce basic animations, GIFs, and (if skilled) video edits using Adobe Premiere After Effects.
• - Download, organise, and manage brand assets from global portals.
• - Support customer engagement by assisting with reviews, enquiries, and online interactions.
• - Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and campaign quality.
• Requirements
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• - Strong design fundamentals in branding, layout, and typography.
• - Experience with EDMemail platforms (Salesforce, Klaviyo, Active Campaign).
• - Excellent English grammar and communication skills.
• - Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
• - Video editingmotion graphics skills (preferred but not essential).
• - Experience in the beautywellness industry is a plus.
