We are a fast-growing financing company committed to improving lives. We are looking for a Loan Operations Specialist to be assigned in Urdaneta City, Pangasinan, who will handle loan documentation, processing, and operational support to ensure smooth loan disbursement and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
In-charge of loan documentation from pre-booking of accounts, printing of loan documents, and request of comprehensive insuranceFacilitates signing of loan documents when clients sign inside the office
Submits loan documents for review and acts as the first reviewer of loan documents
Conducts daily transaction reconciliation and submits reports to the Finance Department the following day
Ensures all booked and disbursed documents have corresponding scanned copies after receipt of complete loan documents from Sales & Marketing Department
Monitors timely charging of insurance premiums to client accounts
Checks petty cash fund replenishment
Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications/Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration major in Financial Management, Banking and Microfinance, Accounting Information Systems, or any related course
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Able to handle documentation and reporting tasks accurately
- Can work under minimal supervision
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
