Maintain accurate inventory records (in/out of stocks)
Issue parts based on approved requests
Monitor stock levels and prepare reorder requests
Coordinate with suppliers for parts availability and delivery
Ensure proper labeling and organization of warehouse items
Conduct regular inventory count and reconciliation
Prepare reports related to parts usage and inventory
Keep the work area clean and organized
Qualifications/Requirements
At least High School or College Level (preferably related to Automotive or Logistics)With experience as Partsman, Warehouse Staff, or similar role is an advantage
Knowledgeable in automotive parts is preferred
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory systems)
Organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
