About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our team. This full-time remote internship is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition. You will assist with sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews while supporting wider HR initiatives.This is a great opportunity to build real-world recruitment experience in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Great attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior coursework or experience in HR, recruitment, or talent sourcing is a plus
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards and social media
- Screen resumes and shortlist applicants based on role requirements
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring teams and candidates
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and trackers
- Draft and post job ads on various platforms
- Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives
- Ensure clear and accurate communication throughout the process
- Operating System: Windows 11 or macOS 13+
- Storage: Minimum 256 GB
- RAM: Minimum 16 GB
- Processor: Dual Core (or higher)
- Camera: HD Webcam (720p or higher)
- Headset: Noise-cancelling preferred
- Internet Speed: Minimum 50 Mbps
