Job Title: Marketing Head
Work Address: Cebu City
Work Set-up: Onsite
Work Schedule: Day shift (Monday – Friday; 8am –5pm or 9am-6pm)

Work Type: Full time

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies that support the company’s sales objectives.
  • Lead the development of brand strategies to enhance the company’s market presence.
Event Management:
  • Oversee the planning and execution of events, open houses, and promotional activities for prospective buyers.
  • Ensure events are well-organized and effectively promote the company’s properties.
Digital Marketing:
  • Manage online postings and digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
  • Oversee the development of multimedia content for digital and social media platforms.
Corporate Branding:
  1. Brand Strategy Development:
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that enhance the company’s market presence and ensure consistency across all branding efforts.
  1. Brand Messaging Consistency:
  1. Ensure that all marketing materials, communications, and campaigns reflect a consistent brand message and identity, maintaining the integrity of the brand in all

public-facing materials.

Communications:
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external Stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials and communication.
Sales Support:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.
  • Organize seller recognition programs to motivate and reward top performers.
Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
  • Experience in a real estate industry
