Job Responsibilities:
- Receive and Review claim related documents including incident reports, delivery receipts, and other supporting documents
- Verify the Reported cause of cargo damage, ensure accuracy andcompleteness in documentation
- Conduct re-inspection of cargo damages, as needed
- Check BO (Bad Order) items and transmittal documents for returnto shipper’s depot.
- Review incoming BO items for return to CEBU, ensure propertransmittal to PSACC CEBU
- Prepare and send service cargo confirmation documents for thepreparation of Booking Bill of Lading with PSACC SALES
- Assist in re-inspections of shipments placed on hold by BOC (Bureauof Customs)Claim Investigation andAssessment
- Investigate the circumstances surrounding each claim by
Qualifications:
- Fresh Graduate or Bachelor's degree level or Equivalent.
- 0-1 year of experience.
- High attention to detail.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of shipping and legal regulations.
