Quality inspector

Job Description

• Conduct pre-production, in-process, and final pre-shipment inspections on goods intended for export to ensure alignment with buyer specifications, international standards, and destination country regulations.
• Review export contracts, technical drawings, packing lists, and compliance documents to clarify quality requirements, labeling mandates, and import restrictions.
• Perform physical, dimensional, functional, and performance tests using appropriate tools and equipment; check for defects, consistency, and adherence to safety norms.
• Verify packaging meets export standards for transit safety, moisture resistance, and compliance with customs rules, including correct marking, barcoding, and bilingual labeling where required.
• Document all inspection findings in detailed reports with photos and recommendations; escalate critical non-conformities to management and coordinate corrective actions with production or suppliers.

• At least 1 experience in quality control, preferably in an export-oriented manufacturing or trading environment.
• Knowledge of international quality standards, export regulations, and destination country import requirements
• Excellent written in Chinese and verbal communication skills in Chinese Managemnt .
• Flexibility to work shifts, overtime, or respond to emergency situations as required. •
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with maintenance management.
