Position Title: Contracts Manager- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and service agreements with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Coordinate with legal, finance, procurement, and project teams to ensure all obligations and deliverables are met
- Monitor contract performance and deadlines; prepare reports for management on contract status and key milestones
- Evaluate contract risks and propose mitigation strategies
- College Degree or Higher
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in contract management, preferably in construction and engineering
- With good leadership and management skills
- Good communication skills and can comprehend both English and Spanish
