About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily activities of the warehouse, ensure efficient inventory control, and maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
- Must have at least 3-5 years supervisory experience in warehouse management, and inventory
- Preferably with knowledge in manufacturing company setting
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plans out all warehouse resources and activities in keeping with the company’s objectives and targets.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and prepare reports
- Implements measures to secure the stock in the warehouse, ensuring that all movements are authorized and documented.
- Finds out and implements cost reduction measures in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities.
- Finds out and implements measures of improvement and development of the warehouse.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse personnel performance.
- Negotiates rates with trucker and domestic forwarders.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
