Store Marketing and Sales Director

ASYA GLASS PHILS., INC. -is a glass and aluminum specialist importer. We provide glass, aluminum products and accessories for wholesale and retail, for residential, commercial, and architectural needs.

ASYA GLASS PHILS., INC. is formerly the Visayas operation of ASIA GLASS PALACE, INC.; one of the leading glass and Aluminum Company in Mindanao established since 1936 with branches across Visayas and Mindanao.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
• Masters’ Degree or equivalent executive education is an advantage but not required
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in sales, retail operations, marketing, or commercial management
• At least 5 years in leadership role managing multi-site operations or dispersed sales teams
• Strong background in sales management, retail/store operations, and/or marketing execution
• Experience in marketing, promotions, and customer engagement strategies an advantage
• Proven ability to lead and develop geographically dispersed teams
• Strong coaching, performance management, and talent development capabilities
• Ability to build a high-performance, customer-focused culture across stores.
• Strong understanding of revenue drivers, pricing, margins, and commercial trade-offs
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans at the regional and store level
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
• Experience in budgeting, sales planning, and performance reporting to senior leadership
• Willing to travel nationwide to visit branches and oversee field execution
• High level of accountability, ownership, and results orientation
• Data-driven mindset with comfort in using KPIs and analytics in decision-making
