Job Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily business operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and alignment with organizational goals. This role involves leading teams, optimizing processes, driving performance, and maintaining high standards of service delivery across outbound sales campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure seamless workflow across teams.
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure the achievement of KPIs, sales targets, and operational goals.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
- Lead, coach, and manage Team Leaders and staff to foster accountability, engagement, and high performance.
- Analyze operational reports and data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, client requirements, and industry standards.
- Handle escalated concerns and resolve operational issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with Human Resources, Training, Quality Assurance, and other support departments to align operational objectives with business goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement process optimization strategies.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, business reviews, and operational updates to senior management.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Operations Management within Outbound Sales Campaigns.
- Proven track record of managing teams and consistently achieving performance targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
