Premier Brand Manila OPC' is seeking an enthusiastic Spa Receptionist to join our team in our Quezon City, Metro Manila location. In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring they receive a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

1. Greet and welcome all customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Schedule appointments, manage bookings, and handle client inquiries efficiently
3. Process payments and handle cash handling duties with accuracy
4. Maintain a clean and organised reception area
5. Provide information about our spa services, products, and promotions
6. Assist with inventory management and restocking of retail items
7. Collaborate with the spa team to ensure a seamless client experience

1. Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in the hair and beauty industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
3. Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
4. Proficient in using computer systems and point-of-sale software
5. Familiarity with spa services and treatments is desirable
6. A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
