Role Purpose:
We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Data & Sales Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic Merchandise team. This role is focused on developing sales reporting for suppliers, utilising existing MILKRUN tools. The ideal candidate will possess strong reporting skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate information clearly and concisely.
Role Responsibilities:
As a Data & Sales Reporting Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:
Promotional Reporting & Analysis:
- Generate weekly promotional performance reports, reporting on key financial and ecommerce metrics
- Provide insights into promotional effectiveness, identifying successful strategies and areas for optimisation.
Supplier Reporting & Analysis:
- Support with monthly and quarterly supplier performance reporting using existing tools.
- Provide insightful commentary and recommendations to help the team understand supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare supplier presentations, translating data and insights into clear, digestible formats for internal and external stakeholders.
Campaign Reporting & Post-Campaign Reviews (PCRs):
- Support with reporting and insights on campaign performance, evaluating effectiveness against set objectives.
- Prepare Post-Campaign Review (PCR) presentations, summarising key learnings, successes, and opportunities for future campaigns.
Ad-Hoc Reporting:
- Fulfill ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from the Merchandise team, providing timely and accurate data to support various business needs and decision-making processes.
About you:
You’ll be someone who is detail oriented and a commercial thinker. You have a passion for eCommerce with the ability to synthesize the sales reporting you prepare. You’re a team player who is driven to contribute to the overall success of MILKRUN.
Other requirements- Minimum 2+ years experience in analysis, preference for e-commerce businesses
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret datasets and translate them into meaningful insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all reporting and analysis.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team and cross-functionally.
